MUDDY LAND PADDY FIELD

Alim power tiller has complete attachments necessary to prepare muddy land paddy fields of varying soil conditions.
About 2.25 acres of muddy land paddy field with average soil can be prepared (i.e ploughed, harrowed and leveled ) ready for planting in one day.

DRY LAND - ANY CROP FIELD

Disc Plough and harrow attachments enable the ALIM Power Tiller is turning over the soil and to prepare areas for Dry land crops like corn, Wheat, Tobacco, Vegetable etc. Approximately (1)one acre of land per day can be Prepared ready for Planting.

ATTACHMENTS

CAGE WHEEL : Provides forward motions  & traction when pulling implement at the same time service to puddle the soil in rice fields. In the process of pudding, it also shreds weeds/grasses in the soil to enhance decomposition.

DISC PLOUGH : Used to turn over the soil in land preparation, operation both in law land and upland areas. Also used for inter-row cultivating in upland crops.

SPIRAL PLOUGH : Replaces the cage wheel and provides ploughing on wet soil especially if the area is soft and boggy and the power tiller tends to sink.

COMB HARROW : Used also for pudding ploughing lowland soil; for leveling and separating weeds/grasses from the soil. Pulverizes dry soil after ploughing.

LEVELER:  Used for final leveling before planting.

    Description :
 

  The Prototype Chopper is belt driven by a electric motor or Engine and uses four angled blades rotating below a fixed counter-edge. Throw-in manual feeding is felicitated by a convenient hopper. In the design of a low cost forage chopper for use with rice straw, forage grass and corn stalks. The important criteria are simplicity ease of fabrication, operation and repair.
